SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at any address you prefer (home, work, etc.) except in a post office box.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Items will arrive between 48-72h in Spain; for the rest of Europe, you will receive your order in 3-4 working days.
Do I have to pay something for the return?
You only pay for the shipment cost.
How do I return an item?
Online purchases cannot be returned at any physical sale points.
When you receive your item you will find, inside the box, all the necessary instructions in order to be able to return your order. Follow the instructions to return or change the products you want. In case of doubts, get in touch through our contact email.
Remember that the garments must be in perfect condition and with the corresponding ticket. Remember that it is essential for any change or return. For hygienic reasons, articles of underwear or bathing may not be returned or changed.
When is the deadline to make a return?
The deadline for any return is 15 days from the receipt date.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition and have to have the tags) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.
Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank entity.
